BABY ADS FOR THE 2023-24 SCHOOL YEAR ARE NOW OPEN!

• Many senior parents submit baby ads for their child. They are due no later than October 13, 2023. If baby ads are submitted past this date, they will not be placed in alphabetical order, and will instead be placed at the end of the baby ads section.
• Photos should be scanned at 300 DPI and submitted as JPGs. Color can be RGB or CMYK. If in doubt, the higher quality the photo, the better! 
• Messages should generally be no more than 25-50 words, depending on the size of the ad purchased. Fonts will be selected by yearbook staff.
• After submitting your photos to the upload portal below, our yearbook staff will create a design for you and email you a PDF proof; you are welcome to offer edits and suggestions at that point. We will need a confirmation reply from you in order to run your ad.

Want help? The yearbook staff will be holding a baby ad workshops in Paly’s Media Arts Center on Wednesday, October 11 from 3:30-6:30 p.m. It’s not required that you attend, but if you’d like to see how your ad is put together, or if you’d like to have some input on the design, feel free to stop by! Most of these sessions take about 20-30 minutes.
